The AC300 series inverter can drive ordinary asynchronous motor, frequency conversion motor, AC servo motor, all kinds of synchronous motor, high speed motor and electric spindle.
Excellent control performance
Closed loop torque response <10ms, steady speed accuracy 0.02%, speed pulse 0.2%
Open-loop torque response <20ms, steady speed accuracy 0.2% (synchronous), 0.5% (asynchronous)
The maximum vector output frequency is 600Hz, and the carrier frequency is the lowest 1KHz.
High starting torque characteristic
Low frequency torque is large. Under the closed loop vector mode, the 0.0Hz can output 200% rated torque, and it can operate steadily at ultra low speed 0.01Hz. Powerful low torsion output can effectively guarantee the stability and smoothness of starting.
In the torque control mode, the torque output is stable. The linearity deviation is less than 3%, which ensures the stable operation of the equipment.
Over excitation braking function
In the case of partial inertia shutdown, fast braking can be achieved without additional braking resistance and over excitation braking function, so as to improve product usability. Over excitation braking function effectively inhibits the rise of bus voltage in the deceleration process, avoids overvoltage fault of frequency converter, and realizes fast braking at the same time, and satisfies the fast stop of power outage.
Stable high speed magnetic flux control
The new weak magnetic control algorithm coupled with the high bandwidth current vector control algorithm achieves stable high speed weak magnetic operation, and the maximum support is 12 times weak magnetic and high-precision output.
Self learning of motor parameters
The motor parameters can be obtained accurately, easy to debug, easy to operate, and to provide higher control precision and response speed, regardless of the self learning of rotating or static motor.
Rotation self learning must be free from load learning and suitable for occasions where control accuracy is relatively high.
Completely static self learning, a leading motor learning algorithm, can obtain motor parameters in motor static state, and the effect is comparable to selecting self learning.
