1) adopt TI's latest generation of DSP for high speed motor control and innovate the use of three core processing technology platform. Ultra high speed operation ensures that complex vector computation is fully realized.
2) the new generation of PG free vector control. The advanced motor model algorithm is adopted to make the open-loop torque control realized by closed loop algorithm. The torque response is 10ms, and the steady state precision is less than 5%. The speed ratio can reach 1:200, and the precision of steady state speed is 0.2%. 0.5Hz can output 180% rated torque.
3) PG vector control. Closed loop torque control. It supports the on-line switching of torque and speed control. The zero servo control of the inverter is realized. 0Hz can output 180% of rated torque, steady speed accuracy can reach 0.02%, dynamic response time is less than 10ms.
4) the standard products are all treated with three protective coatings. At the same time, when the humidity or dust exceeds the standard, the protection measures can be provided to meet the requirements of long-term stable operation in a more harsh environment.
